Python's str.swapcase() method converts all lowercase characters of a provided string to uppercase and all uppercase characters to lowercase.

Parameters

No parameters.

Return value

Returns a string with all lowercase characters of the source string converted to uppercase and all uppercase characters converted to lowercase.

Examples

To convert all lowercase characters to uppercase and all uppercase characters to lowercase for "Hello World!":

x = "Hello World!"
x.swapcase()
hELLO wORLD!
hELLO wORLD!
