2. `Y` | `number` | `optional`

It is possible to specify a second numeric input to calculate the arc tangent.

Return value

Examples

Single argument

``` SELECT ATAN(1); +--------------------+| ATAN(1) |+--------------------+| 0.7853981633974483 |+--------------------+ ```
To return the arc tangent for `-5`:
``` SELECT ATAN(-5); +--------------------+| ATAN(-5) |+--------------------+| -1.373400766945016 |+--------------------+ ```

Two arguments

To return the arc tangent for `1` and `-5`:

``` SELECT ATAN(1, -5); +--------------------+| ATAN(1, -5) |+--------------------+| 2.9441970937399127 |+--------------------+ ```
