To compute the correlation between columns in Pandas DataFrame, use the `corr(~)` method.

Correlation between two column

Consider the following DataFrame:

``` df = pd.DataFrame({"A":[3,4,5],"B":[6,8,9]})df A B0 3 61 4 82 5 9 ```

To compute the correlation between columns `A` and `B`:

``` df["A"].corr(df["B"]) 0.9819805060619659 ```

Pair-wise correlation

Consider the following DataFrame:

``` df = pd.DataFrame({"A":[3,4,5],"B":[6,8,9],"C":[5,4,1]})df A B C0 3 6 51 4 8 42 5 9 1 ```

To compute the correlation of each pair of columns:

``` df.corr() # returns a DataFrame A B CA 1.000000 0.981981 -0.960769B 0.981981 1.000000 -0.891042C -0.960769 -0.891042 1.000000 ```
