Datetime module's time.fromisoformat(~) method returns a time object from the provided time string.

Parameters

1. time_string | string

A string in format HH:MM:SS.ffffff[+HH:MM:SS.ffffff] from which to return a time object.

Return value

A time object based on provided time string.

Examples

Timezone naive time object:

from datetime import time

time.fromisoformat('06:12:04.021343')
datetime.time(6, 12, 4, 21343)

TImezone aware time object:

from datetime import time

time.fromisoformat('06:12:04.021343+09:00')
datetime.time(6, 12, 4, 21343, tzinfo=datetime.timezone(datetime.timedelta(seconds=32400)))
