np.char.isupper(~) method takes as input an array of strings, and returns a Numpy array of booleans where
True means that all characters of the string are uppercased.

A Numpy array of booleans where
True is returned if all characters of the string are uppercased.
x = np.array(["Ab", "AB", "ab"])np.char.isupper(x)array([False, False, True])
True is returned only for
"AB" since it is the only string with all its characters uppercased.
