Python's set.difference(~) method returns a new set with elements that are contained in the particular specified set, but not in other sets.
Parameters

The other sets.

A new set with elements that are contained in the particular specified set, but not in other sets.
Examples
Basic usage
To return elements contained in set a, but not contained in sets b or c:
a = {'dog', 'cat'}b = {'sheep', 'dog'}c ={'mouse', 'tiger'}
a.difference(b, c)
{'cat'}
The returned set contains 'cat' as it is part of set a, but not part of sets b or c.
